On arrival at the venue, one sheet of 100 squares is issued free to each person attending.  There are usually four wine stalls operated by our members with each stall offering about 12 wines.   Every wine has a 'squares price' marked and the more squares the dearer the wine.  The stall holder marks off the appropriate number of squares for the chosen wine from the buyer’s sheet.   Additional sheets may be purchased if needed.   After the meal there is selection of post-prandial wines to be bought by the same procedure.
